You can also substitute the chips for dried fruits, which are also an excellent substitute if you’d like to avoid carbohydrates. The cool temperature of the chips will help ensure that your cookies bake quickly and without breaking. These chips also allow you to bake the cookies in a deeper fashion than traditional chips, giving them a smooth result as well as a delicious taste. Once you’ve added the cool ingredients, you simply press the dough into flat molds, cover them with the plastic wrap and leave to dry.
